Waiver and Release

Participating in athletic activities carries an inherent risk of injury, even if the greatest care is exercised. Accordingly, athletes and guests may injure themselves while attending or using our facility and/or while being instructed by First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters personnel at an offsite location. Therefore, athletes and guests assume all risk of personal injury, death, property loss, or other damages that may relate to participating in any or First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters activity. By assuming those risks, athletes and guests waive, and release, all claims athletes or guests may have or may want to assert against us, our affiliates’ owners, officers, directors, managers, employees, agents, and representatives (the “First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters”) for any such personal injuries, death, property loss, or other damages connected to or arising out of any of the aforesaid risks. Athletes and guests release First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters from all claims, damages, demands, rights of action, causes of action, and liabilities, present or future, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the athlete’s and guests’ participation in First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters activities, including, without limitation, those arising from our negligence or that of any other member of the First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters. Athletes and guests also release all members of First Down, Valley Productions, and Hawaii Fire Fighters from all liability relating to loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
